5. I tend to be a little bit of a foodie, so here is a list of a few of my favourite eats:

a steak from El Lagarto’s in Playa Samara, Costa Rica; a broadbill fillet from Bloody Mary’s in Bora Bora; the sticky ribs and paradise pie from Haleiwa Joe’s on the North Shore, Oahu; the bread and butternut squash tortellini at Lupa Restaurant in New York City; bakmie gorneg (roast duck) from Bhima’s Warung in Waterloo, Ontario (I had my wedding reception here!); the mouth-watering jerk-chicken and festival from Scotchies outside of Ocho Rios, Jamaica; the prix-fixe menu at the Stack Steakhouse in the Mirage, Las Vegas

6. On the tube: Anthony Bourdain, No Reservations; Departures (my favourite episode was when Justin dressed up as a giant pink bunny on Easter Island); Fantasy Homes by the Sea; Holmes on Homes; BBC Planet Earth

7. At the theatres: Any movie by Tim Burton (this is the link to his personal website “The Art of Tim Burton“), especially those who star Johnny Depp… in fact any movie starring Johnny Depp will suffice!

8. Playing on my ipod: Dave Matthew’s Band, Bob Marley, Akon, Snoop, Florence and the Machine, I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t a little glam rock , “Amber“ by 311 (my wedding song)

9. Aqua-Blue in any shade, it makes me happy
